Aida Ayash

Aida Ayas has been a healer for as long as she can remember. She has always used food as medicine & has integrated the healing remedies available in Nature to bring Wellness to herself and to her clients.

Aida’s formal studies started in her home country, Lebanon in 2005 and 2006.

In addition to taking the Happiness Program, Art of Living, Aida studied at Maharat Training Center in Choueifat, Lebanon for Massage & Skin care. She studied Reflexology under Dr Mohammad Amro in Beirut, Lebanon, also in 2006.

Years later in 2014, Aida became a Reiki Master through Chahid Abu Khzam Center in Kfarheem, Lebanon. In 2017 studied a patented technique at ThetaHealing Institute of Knowledge in Zalka, Lebanon.

Most currently Aida has studied Quantum Healing from Instant Healing Therapy with Sachin Karve in India.

She is also an Access Bars ® Practitioner & Facilitator/Instructor.

She recently traveled to Martha’s Vineyards to put on two Access Bars Consciousness ® workshops.

Aida is currently traveling around the world, including the United States, teaching & learning, giving and receiving.
